FIRST SCHEDULE

Port of Hong Kong: Waiton

All the waters, whether navirable or not,

included within the area bounded as follows

On the South - b the parallel of latitude 22°

9' North between the points where it is intersected by the meridians of longtitude 113° 52' East and

114.30 Eastorf Greenwich.

On the North

by a line drawn from the point where the meridian of longitude 113° 52' East of

Greenwich intersects the parallel of latitude

touching the extreme southwest point of the shore

of Deep Bay to the said southwest point of the

shore of Deep Bay; thence along the high we ter

line upon the shore of Deep Bay to the estuary of the

Sham Chun River; thence by a line drawn as

described in the agreement delineating the northern

frontier of the New Territorics signed by

James Haldane Stewart Lockhart and Wong Ts'un-shin

at Hong Kong on 19th March, 1899, and following the

high water line in Mirs Bay to the point where the

meridian of longitude 114° 30' East of Greenwich

intersects the mainland.

On the East

intersects the mainland and the parallel of

latitude 22° 9' North.

On the West - by the meridian of longitude 113 52*

East of Greenwich between the points where it

intersects the parallel of latitude touching the

extreme southwest point of the shore of Deep Bay and the parallel of latitude 22° 9' North; provided

that between the points on the north and South

coast of Lantau where the meridian of longitude
